Courses

The Doctor of Education in Leadership degree program at Spalding University provides professionals with advanced leadership skills through peer-reviewed original social science research and collaborative learning. Coursework includes Systems Theory and Leadership, Ethical Leadership and Creating Cultural Awareness and Appreciating Cultural Differences in Diverse, Global Organizations and in Intercultural Communication. Other courses include Global Leadership in Local and Transnational Contexts, Identifying and Analyzing Organizational Issues and two Leadership Capstones.
