Spalding’s MEd in Learner-Centered Systems curriculum features an interdisciplinary approach that prepares teachers and leaders at the school and district levels to develop student-centered organizational systems and structures. Courses include Group Dynamics, Learner Centered Design and Evaluation, and Visionary School Leadership.

  • Curriculum sequence offers in-depth orientation to student-centered approaches to teaching and learning in addition to structural, organizational and cultural considerations necessary to make systemic change.
  • The instructional approach combines course delivery with application at the classroom, school, or district level. Participants are fully integrated into a program that is designed to provide leadership experiences only available in school and district contexts.
