In the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology program, students explore human behavior, the liberal arts and practical applications. Students are prepared for a variety of settings, whether they enter the workforce immediately or pursue further education. Built on a foundation of service and the promotion of peace and justice, the psychology program empowers students to pursue the common good.


  • Available on-campus and 100% online
  • Two tracks: general psychology or pre-clinical/pre-counseling
  • Senior capstone project or applied internship
  • Option to double major in psychology and social work in 138 hours

Courses

Spalding’s Bachelor of Arts in Psychology prepares students to meet the needs of the times through excellent coursework, immersive experiences and real-world applications.

Students take courses such as Lifespan Development, Experimental Procedures and Social Psychology in addition to cross-discipline courses like Political and Economic Power and Human Biology

All students in the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology program complete a senior capstone project or applied internship.
